(1) That Charles J. McConville and Diane M. McConville are the leasehold owners of the following described premises, to-wit:
All that certain piece or parcel of land situate in Sadsbury Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to-wit:

BEGINNING at a point on the east shore of Conneaut Lake northerly one hundred (100) feet from the northeast comer of a ten (10) foot strip of land conveyed by D.L. McGuire, et ux, to Jennie M. Marshall recorded in Deed Book 278, Page 146; thence North 85° 18′ East two hundred (200) feet to a point one hundred (100) feet from the northeast comer of lot now or formerly of Jennie M. Marshall; thence by land now or formerly of Oakland Beach Company North 5° 6′ West fifty (50) feet; thence South 85° 18′ West two hundred (200) feet, more or less, to the shore line of Conneaut Lake; thence by Conneaut Lake south fifty (50) feet to the place of beginning, on which is erected and situate a two story cottage.
