You are hereby notified that on March 6, 2020, Plaintiff, 2 P’ Mortgage Corporation, assignee of Popular Housing Services, Inc., successor by merger to Equity One Consumer Loan Company, filed a Complaint in Mortgage Foreclosure (the “Complaint”) endorsed with a Notice to Defend, against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County, Pennsylvania, docketed to No. AD-2020-152 wherein the Plaintiff seeks to foreclose on the mortgage and certain Real Prope11y owned by you and located at 36168 Oakmont Drive (also known as 36178 Oakmont Drive), Union City, Crawford County, Pennsylvania (the “Property”) as recorded in the Crawford County Recorder of Deeds Office at Mortgage Book 835 Page 1010 (the “M011gage”) whereupon the prope11y may be sold by the Sheriff of Crawford County. The Complaint was reinstated on July 16, 2020 and October 1, 2020, and seeks recovery on the mortgage in the amount of $57,838.15 plus per diem interest of $9.19 per day from March 4, 2020, plus costs of suit.
